Description We seek a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition and producing Manager to lead our efforts in recruiting top-tier IT, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence professionals. This hybrid role requires hands-on recruiting and strategic leadership, including building and managing a high-performing team of specialized recruiters. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in achieving recruitment goals while delivering top talent for our extensive client base, including local, state, and federal government entities and private and commercial clients. Salary-based. Base compensation is $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and demonstrated success. We would prefer the Washinton, DC, area or Southern Florida. There could be periodic events or meetings when you must come into the office or travel to attend. For a superstar candidate, we will consider remote work outside of the DC or Southern Florida (Fort Myers to Miami) area. Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Position Talent Acquisition, Producing Manager - IT, Cybersecurity, and AI Position Requirements Actively recruit and manage end-to-end hiring processes for IT, Cybersecurity, and AI positions, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Establish and execute team recruiting goals, personally contributing to meeting targets and delivering high-quality candidates. Build, develop, and manage a team of specialized IT, Cybersecurity, and AI recruiters, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluations. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and retain top talent in competitive markets. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications, success profiles, and long-term workforce strategies. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on team and individual performance. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and labor market conditions to adapt strategies proactively. Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including government and commercial clients, to ensure satisfaction and alignment with recruitment efforts. Maintain compliance with all relevant employment laws and organizational policies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong focus on IT, Cybersecurity, and AI roles. Demonstrated success in managing recruiting efforts for government and commercial clients. At least 2 years of leadership experience, including team building and management. Hands-on recruiting expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed hiring goals. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms. Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
