About the Role

As a Product Analyst, you will be involved in the life cycle of the North American Credit product applications partnering in the delivery of our credit solutions to the market. You will serve as a product resource involved with design, process, manufacturing, testing, quality, and distribution as our products move to production. Involvement lasts across all stages of the product life cycle including modifications, upgrades, and maintenance of the products.

About The Team

Join a team of product executives that develop and deliver credit products into the global market servicing Financial and Non-Financial industry across North America and Canada. As a Product Analyst you will work with a team of leaders with over 100 years in the credit space building industry-leading applications in a growing market.

What You Will Be Doing

Review/evaluate existing process and life cycle stages

Organize/diagram existing processes working with cross-functional project teams

Define/implement process improvements across the product life cycle

Organize, facilitate, and lead process projects and change management

May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement, and control.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills

Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work well independently and within a team
