We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Product Analyst, Securities Services Digital, Data Innovation.

Principal Responsibilities

Support Product owner to drive the growth of digital data capabilities as part of the wider Digital, Data Innovation group within HSBC Securities ServicesAssist in product development, design end-to-end solutions based on business requirements, ensuring the solutions are both effective in meeting defined objectivesOrganize meetings and workshops with users and subject matter experts to understand business requirements. Collaborate with these experts to create comprehensive business workflows for the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Functional Specifications Document (FSD), ensuring alignment with IT roadmap and strategiesArticulate business requirements to vendors, providing effort estimation and ensuring complete coverage of the business requirements relevant to vendor deliveryWork closely with the IT development team, Application Architects, and vendors to deliver prototypes (when needed), and evaluate these with business users to align expectations and solidify requirementsCoordinate cross-functional team members and activities for business work streams or entire change and technology implementation initiatives. Ensure all business requirements are addressed within functional specifications and keep the Project Manager and/or functional stream leads updated on progressSupport Business Leads or user representatives in preparing training plans or materials, and user manualsAssist Product Owner in reviewing UAT test artifacts like test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and data. Your role will involve thorough assessment of the upstream and downstream impact of changes and ensuring the quality of JIRA stories by identifying comprehensive exception scenarios
