About the team
As part of the product and technology team in our commercial division, you'll partner with our clients to gather requirements, launch product enhancements and manage product releases. You'll also work cross-functionally with our internal IT teams.
What you'll own
Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs for the relevant Worldpay segment, division, group, or line of business.
Conduct research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to managers or project leaders.
Plan and design business processes, recommending changes to improve and support business systems and activities for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues in the most effective and productive manner.
Identify and implement best practices, suggesting improvements to current practices.
Calculate and estimate costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to determine their viability and return on investment.
Develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations.
Analyze and document business processes and metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Train internal employees on changes to business practices, processes, or procedures.
Perform special projects upon request and on occasion.
Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced Business Analysts.
Handle other related duties as assigned.
What you bring
One year of work experience in a similar role
Experience using systems such as Rally and Jira as well as familiarity with defect management
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, information systems or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for various organizational levels, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.
Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team, customer service, negotiation, conflict management, and time management skills.
