We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. This role requires a professional with a strong background in researching, analyzing, and documenting product-related insights to drive the development and improvement of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a mix of analytical skills, market knowledge, and exceptional communication abilities.
Role Overview:
· Conduct research to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor products;
· Develop and maintain high-quality product documentation, including requirements, user guides, and reports;
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and technical development, to ensure product alignment with business objectives;
· Monitor and evaluate product performance, providing data-driven recommendations for enhancements;
· Organize and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project timelines and deliverables.
We Want To Attract a Professional With:
· 2–5 years of experience in a Scoring/Data Analyst or Product Marketing Analyst role;
· Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to planned timescales;
· Proficient in writing high-quality requirements documentation;
· Proven ability to create high-quality documentation;
· Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines;
· Fluent in written and spoken English.
Nice to Have:
· Familiarity with market and product dynamics in the decision management space.
· Understanding of marketing and software product management principles.
· Knowledge of the debt management industry in banking, telecom, or financial sectors.
· Experience with products such as PowerCurve Collections, PowerCurve Originations, Transact, or similar competitor offerings.
