**Responsibilities**
Responsibilities covered by this role include, but are not limited to:
Product Management
+ Serve as the primary contact in the region for product-related inquiries and requests.
+ Communicate product changes to internal stakeholders in the region and facilitate client communication for Sales Teams.
+ Coordinate fund documentation updates for the region, including local prospectuses, annual and interim reports, KFS, PHS, and Investor Brochures.
+ Identify regulatory gaps between jurisdictions and oversee local regulatory obligations for the funds distributed and/or managed in the Focus Countries, mainly the Ireland and Luxembourg domiciled offshore fund ranges and the Australian Unit Trusts.
+ Support the UCITS Dividend Yield Committee to maintain a robust review framework and prepare external client communications for any distribution changes.
+ Enhance and streamline existing processes and workflows where appropriate.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams from different regions, including representatives from Sales, Portfolio Management, Client Services, Legal and Compliance, Fund Operations, Risk, and Finance, to manage daily product lifecycle needs and execute strategic product initiatives.
Product Development
+ Maintain the local product platform by managing fund registrations in Focus Countries.
+ Research and analyze the market landscape and conduct specific peer analyses.
+ Build business cases for new product offerings and secure necessary internal approvals.
+ Coordinate ad-hoc projects to support new product ideas and enhance the existing product line to maximize growth potential.
**Requirements**
+ Undergraduate degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field.
+ 1-3 years of relevant work experience, particularly with UCITS products and fund registrations.
+ Detail-oriented self-starter with strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
+ Effective communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English.
+ Ability to independently manage multiple projects end-to-end in a collaborative manner with various stakeholders.
+ A solid grasp of market dynamics, fund regulations and product structures in the Focus Countries.
+ Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with industry databases is a plus (e.g., Morningstar and eVestment).
+ The successful candidate may be asked to obtain the SFC Type 1 and Type 4 licenses, depending on the future business needs.
