About the role

As a Product Analyst at Global Payments, you'll be at the forefront of innovation, working with cutting-edge technology and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to deliver exceptional product experiences.

Working in an agile environment, you will:

Collaborate on feature definition and scope with cross-functional teams;Co-lead feature/design workshops to drive alignment and creativity in solution design;Drive collaboration on solution proposals for new features to ensure business and user needs are met;Write user stories & acceptance criteria to ensure clear and actionable product development;Define Definition of Done (DOD) and Definition of Ready (DOR) for stories to ensure clarity and quality in execution;Run team planning & refinement sessions to help prioritise and organise upcoming work;Manage and prioritise the Team Backlog, ensuring the most impactful features are delivered;Document internal and external processes, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on requirements and deliverables;Provide internal and external documentation for new features, ensuring clarity for all teams involved;Continuously monitor feature performance to provide feedback for future iterations and enhancements.

About you

You are passionate about understanding customer needs and transforming data into actionable insights. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can make a significant impact on product development. 

 In addition, for having a love for technology and curious mindset you will also bring:

Minimum of 5 years commercial experience as a Product or Business Analyst;Deep industry knowledge of payments, ideally across ecommerce, in-store, or recurring payments;Solid understanding of the product lifecycle, agile development methodologies, and experience working with APIs;Experience using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) for process flows;Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders;Qualification or experience in Information Technology or Business Information Systems;Experience in working on complex business processes and system changes, while bringing coherence to diverse stakeholder requirements;Experience leading workshops.


 

Salary

The salary range for this role is $115, 000 - $130, 000 per annum + superannuation.
