We are looking for someone with: 

Degree holder (preferable in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics) with 2 to 4 years’ experience in the life insurance product development and/or pricing area

Well verse with relevant industry guidelines and regulatory requirements

Well verse with insurance products, in particular to life Insurance business

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Knowledge in Power-BI will be an added advantage

On the job you will: 

Development of new products to support the business objective of the Company

Preparation of new product business case for Product Committee’s approval

Support focus group with sales force and customers to seek feedback on new product idea/concept and understand customer’s needs better

Preparation of Product illustration, Product Disclosure Sheet and provisions for internal review and approval

Ensure product design and sales materials are compliant with internal and external guidelines/requirements

Perform UAT on sales illustration program for new product launches/revision

Own the development timeline, ensuring that internal and external partners know and adhere to timelines

Conduct market research, customer’s database study and product analysis

Prepare product training slides for internal training.
