Product Analyst (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office)

Position Overview:

A hands-on Product Analyst for a fast-paced data driven project within a large program. The candidate will be a savvy and proactive member of the team who will drive the team towards building end-to-end digitalized platform with full scale integration with external parties. The candidate is required to provide analytical insights related to business/product issues and opportunities to align with the business/product vision. Serve as primary interface between technology and a specific business product. Works with Business and Operations Stakeholders to define problems and recommend solutions to meet needs. Facilitator of requirements sessions with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the company. The MBS Product Delivery team is a fast-paced group of individuals delivering against a 3-year roadmap to modernize the Securitization suite of legacy applications within the Single Family Portfolio & Servicing (SFPS) line of business

Your Impact:

Proactive candidate with good documentation skill (this person will be building backlog)

Adept at writing user stories and edit acceptance criteria, making sure each story aligns to the feature objective

Experienced with doing analysis for data mapping, creating data lineage, facilitating conversations with current state teams to get details around data

Experienced in creating and analyzing payloads to make sure they are built in compliance with the specification

Experienced in conducting refinement sessions

Capable for being self-directed at work and capable of performing tasks independently with limited guidance

Proactive in engaging with the lead to share findings from his/her analysis and working on next steps

Experienced in collaborating with developers

Experienced in facilitating/completing review and approval process

Assist the Product Owner to write user stories and edit acceptance criteria, making sure

Qualifications:

College Degree or equivalent experience is required, with advanced studies or degrees being preferred.

Candidates should typically have 3-5+ years of experience,, Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) experience is a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $75,000 - $113,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
