**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Product Analyst II provides hands-on expertise, serving as an internal subject matter expert on products within the Custom Application Research & Development (CARD) team. They will produce help guides, training manuals, or other documentation supporting CARD owned products and services. This role will troubleshoot and remediate issues, systemic problems, outages, and bugs – escalating issues for continued support for issues outside their span of control. They take ownership of support tickets, remaining accountable for assisting the client through resolution of the issue.
The Product Analyst II will lead small projects within the team. Work with CARD Manager(s) to track and report product and service metrics, delivering trend analysis reporting. Works with vendor product provider to keep CARD tools in compliance and up to date.
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ 2-4 years of relative experience in supporting, maintaining and training on DevOps products and services
+ Maintains expertise in industry standard DevOps tooling (Github, Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence)
+ Demonstrates strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence
+ Possesses technical knowledge in the DevOps process as well as the Agile software development process
+ Demonstrates strong ability to create and maintain documentation on CARD tools and services
+ Analyzes customer and product data to identify trends in product and platform availability
+ Ability to present in front of groups both live and virtual
+ Consistently delivers according to commitments and project plan dates
+ Self-motivated and able to stay focused in complex environments

**Education & Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree Preferred
+ Master's degree Preferred
+ Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience

**Travel Required**
