Unlock your potential! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Product Analyst II provides hands-on expertise, serving as an internal subject matter expert on products within the Custom Application Research & Development (CARD) team. They will produce help guides, training manuals, or other documentation supporting CARD owned products and services. This role will troubleshoot and remediate issues, systemic problems, outages, and bugs – escalating issues for continued support for issues outside their span of control. They take ownership of support tickets, remaining accountable for assisting the client through resolution of the issue. The Product Analyst II will lead small projects within the team. Work with CARD Manager(s) to track and report product and service metrics, delivering trend analysis reporting.
