Role DescriptionThe xIAM Product Analyst will draft and refine stories in the external customer identity backlog, facilitating refinement ceremonies, and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with the xIAM Authentication product owner. In addition to these responsibilities, they will grow xIAM product demand in Latin America (LATAM) and European and Middle East (EMEA) regions by researching country specific use cases.
The person in this role will establish relationships with regional business and technology leaders to identify sector and country specific requirements. They will define xIAM LATAM EMEA adoption and feature roadmaps and collaborate with other xIAM Product Owners to influence the development of these features into our suite of products. This person will also act as the key xIAM contact for the regional ISRM Business Information Security Officer (BISO) organization, partnering to improve the xIAM intake process and provide detailed guidance on customer identity related concerns and best practices.
As the team in this region grows, the person in this role will be responsible for delivering POC and “Art of the possible” implementations based on local requirements. A successful candidate for this role would be an experienced Product Analyst, confident with managing a backlog and running agile ceremonies. A preferred candidate would have a background in Security and / or Identity, as well as experience with JIRA and Confluence.
