Product Analyst - Learning Management

WellSky is seeking an exceptional, driven, experienced, and creative Solutions / Product Analyst to help deliver world-class solutions to our clients. The successful teammate shall embrace a collaborative style and work with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and provide proposals to help manage a complex roadmap in a fast-paced and changing environment. This role is focused on developing WellSky's Learning Management Solution platform to ensure our clients can engage, retain, and reward world-class care teams. To succeed in this role, one must be a perceptive and reliable problem-solver with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.

A day in the life!

Lead scrum team ceremonies and facilitate collaboration needed to deliver committed features and software.Manage requirements in JIRA, ensure availability to scrum team, collaborate and track prioritization and adhere to agile development principals with support from the Solution Manager.Look for new ways to evaluate data, including user metrics, adoption metrics, and market research data to suggest areas for product enhancements.Maintain current solution documentation and support compliance processes.Gather success criteria data and report on solution metrics, KPIs and client adoption.Demonstrate and effectively articulate current and emerging solution features and functionality to internal stakeholders.Facilitate collaboration with stakeholders (which may include third-party partners) to arrive at consensus for user stories/projects.Create user stories based on defined requirements, for small to medium size projects that follow standard practices or guidelines.Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.2-3 years related work experience.Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Moodle, CS-Cart.Experience with systems integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and defining requirements to enable both general and client specific integration through industry standard approaches.Experience with JIRA, agile development methodology.Healthcare IT background
