As a product analyst on the Small Business Insurance team, you’ll oversee all aspects of the Businessowners Policy (BOP) product. In this role, you’ll lead state rate revision processes, including state analysis, off-balance development and execution, and post-revision monitoring and evaluation. You’ll also conduct ad-hoc reports, monitor business metrics, and develop tools and models to provide meaningful insights into the business. Additionally, you'll conduct competitive research and analysis and develop an understanding of ISO-based rules and concepts.
Must-have qualifications
A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.{OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three year analytical work experience.Preferred skills
Prior product analyst experienceTechnical aptitude and experience in data manipulation using tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake, R, Python, Tableau, or equivalentExcellent communication and relationship building skills with strong focus on customer service.Experience influencing leadership decisionsIntermediate computer skills including MicroSoft Office with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts and graphingCompensation
$79,200 - $127,700 / year depending on position level and experience Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performanceBenefits
