The Product & Experience (PX) organization is a new team focused on delivering state-of-the-art digital and data-driven products to Commercial Banking customers and employees. The GB PX Business Management team partners with business counterparts across the GB to provide financial and strategic analysis, central oversight, and coordination of budgeting, forecasting, strategic program management, and execution.
Join our PX Business Management team as a Vice President, where you'll support senior leaders within the PX organization and act as a trusted financial partner. Leverage your relationship-building skills and financial expertise to drive strategic analysis and serve as a thought leader on the business management leadership team.
As a Vice President in PX Business Management, you will be in a highly visible position, supporting financial processes and reporting, partnering across the firm to develop financial management solutions, and presenting insights to senior management. You will lead a team, ensuring data integrity and driving process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
Support all financial processes and reporting, including actuals, budget, and forecast of financial and headcount metrics. Partner across the firm to develop financial management solutions and drive transformational change. Create and present information to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on financial activities and trends. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations. Collaborate with P&A and Business Management teams to provide financial commentary and analysis. Serve as a thought leader on the leadership team, identifying opportunities for process and reporting efficiencies. Recruit, develop, and manage top talent; lead a team of 1+ direct reports.Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
Strong team leader and change agent; passionate about developing the Business Management function of the future, leveraging data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau). 8 years of experience in a medium to large diverse organization in finance, strategy, or management consulting, with 5 years of management experience in planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Ability to work across senior levels of the organization, including the CB CPO, CIO, and CFO, in a leadership role and drive change. Strong judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, and work ethic; proactive and results-oriented, with the courage to ask tough questions and challenge the status quo. Strong quantitative, critical thinking, and analytical skills; confidence with finance and accounting concepts and understanding of financial statements. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to synthesize financial information into concise, insightful, and actionable recommendations. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in finance or a related discipline.
