The Opportunity

We are looking for a product and solutions marketing specialist to be part of world class marketing team. This person will be part of Nutanix solutions and verticals team and helping with solutions such as Edge, ROBO, EUC, SAP and industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Media & Entertainment.


About the Team

The Product and Solutions Marketing team at Nutanix comprises six individuals spread across the west coast, central, and east coast locations. As a team, we strongly believe in embodying Nutanix's cultural principles of being hungry, humble, and honest with heart. Our collaborative approach to work, combined with our dedication to innovation and excellence, sets us apart in the industry.

You will report to the Senior Director, Product and Solutions Marketing. The work setup at Nutanix is designed to provide flexibility and support a healthy work-life balance. We operate on a flexible hybrid model, allowing team members to work both in-office and remotely. 

Travel is an essential component of the role, with an estimated requirement of 10% for this position. This travel offers the opportunity to engage with customers, partners, and industry events, allowing for professional growth and networking within the industry. Your Role

Solutions: Develop, manage and own Nutanix’s go-to-market plans for given solutionsIndustries: Study a given industry and develop positioning for Nutanix to differentiate and address key customer needs in that industryOwn related solution and industry webpages, and create supporting marketing assets and sales enablement content, and support key events Work with sales teams to evangelize solutions, develop opportunities and brief customers
Execute marketing plans in conjunction with Nutanix marketing and sales teams

What You Will Bring

2+ years of product/solutions/industry marketing experienceTechnical background and experience with SaaS-based products in the B2B space is a big plusA self-starter who takes the initiative and has bias for action Bachelors Degree
 

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 73,040 and USD $ 145,680 per year.

However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
