Landis+Gyr is seeking a Summer Intern starting in May 2025 through the beginning of August 2025 working fulltime hours on-site Monday through Friday at our Alpharetta, GA office. This is a paid position but we don't offer a housing stipend or relocation assistance so local candidates are preferred. Applicants must be current students working towards their Bachelors degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 or later.

 

 

Project Overview

At True Energy, A Landis+Gyr Company, we are making eMobility, AI and Grid Management a reality – today and in the future. True Energy is shaping the electric mobility market with innovative electric vehicle (EV) charging technologies. We are dedicated to driving an open and accessible market for AI, electric vehicles and DER Management and developing technology for secure grid connections to enable EV adoption for a cleaner, safer, and more resilient world. 

 

As an Intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence, Electric Vehicles and DER Management. Initiatives are diverse and range from supporting technology evaluations to performing market research on specific applications.

 

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

 

•    Assist in evaluating emerging technologies related to AI, EV Analytics and EV Charging software.
•    Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market analysis, and potential partnerships.
•    Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data for technology assessments. 

•    Contribute to the development of reports and presentations summarizing findings.
•    Participate in team meetings, providing input and insights based on research findings.

 

 

Education   

A student working on their Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
