Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science. Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Technology. Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology. Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry. Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biotechnology. Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nutrition and Dietetics.  
Responsibilities:
Product application trials on new products. Development of products and new markets. Customer training. On site testing and evaluation of products as required by clients. New product development for butchers and large factories in the interests of generating new markets. Liaising with customers along with Senior Food Technologists. Technical advisory services to butchers including consulting on product quality. Production capacities and efficiencies. Implementation of quality control/assurance systems to increase production output and shelf life of products. Researching potential new markets for new business. Analyzing and reporting on sales leads linked to clients.
