The Product Architect for Dungeons & Dragons plays a crucial role in shaping the future of the world's most iconic tabletop roleplaying game. This role balances creative vision and game design knowledge with business objectives to create commercially successful products by working collaboratively with design, engineering, and marketing teams, and will own the comprehensive product vision and execution from conception to release.

What You'll Do: Conceptualize and drive all Dungeons & Dragons TRPG products in collaboration with game design and engineering teams, with a particular focus on innovating our playable content for digital platforms, top-of-funnel new player experiences, and exciting co-created releases featuring external IP. Build product value across expressions and channels, with an eye towards enhancing platform-specific differentiated value for digital tools and virtual tabletops. Own and lead the product gating process for all major content releases. Participate in playtests and analyze market trends, player feedback, and gameplay data to inform product decisions and strategic direction. Develop and maintain product roadmaps and long-term strategies for the growth and evolution of D&D gaming content. Work closely with the game design and engineering teams to ensure new mechanics, player options, worldbuilding, and other gameplay elements align with overall product and portfolio goals. Consistently communicate product vision and rationale to team members across the organization. Stay informed about competitor products and industry trends to maintain D&D's position as the world's leading role-playing game. What You'll Bring: Solid knowledge of Dungeons & Dragons and the RPG category, including digital platforms. 3+ years of experience of successful embedded product development within a gaming studio environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of data analytics and its application to game design and product development. Knowledge of intellectual property management and licensing. Understanding of inclusive design principles to create products that appeal to a diverse player base.
