Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Product Architect Manager to lead a team of skilled product architects while providing technical direction and oversight on enterprise-level projects. This role is a blend of people management and hands-on technical leadership, requiring strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of solution architecture and a passion for driving innovation and efficiency. The Product Architect Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and clients to ensure that solutions align with business goals and technical standards.

Responsibilities:

\n\nLead, mentor and manage a team of product architects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous learning.\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews and career development planning with team members.\nFacilitate knowledge sharing and ensure the team stays up-to-date with industry trends, tools and best practices.\nDefine and oversee the implementation of architectural standards, principles and methodologies.\nProvide hands-on technical direction and support to product architects on complex projects and initiatives.\nCollaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to design and validate scalable, secure and cost-effective solutions.\nConduct architecture reviews to ensure solutions meet business needs, technical requirements and enterprise standards.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to improve system performance and business outcomes.

Requirements:

\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (Master's degree preferred).\n5+ years in solution architecture or related technical roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.\nProficiency in enterprise architecture best practices and hybrid hosting environment (On-Prem and Azure)\nProficiency in front-end development (React, Typescript), C# REST APIs and databases (MS SQL, Mongo and Elastic).\nExperience with modern development practices (DevSecOps, CI/CD)\nExperience with Kubernetes or Apache Kafka is a plus\nExcellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
