Experience:8-10 years Teamcenter Support experience, with at least 3 years supporting a customer Production instance

Basic Linux and Windows Operating System knowledge

Roles and Responsibilities:Have to work in shifts, as we are supporting 24x7 customersMay have to work on Call during holidaysSolve L2 tickets on the applicationApply patches on test, UAT and Production Server & Document root cause analysis of issuesContact GTAC for product issues and to file IRs.
