Job title: Product / Business Analyst – SAP Consultant – Warehouse Management & Manufacturing
Job purpose
Responsible for partnering with Business partners in MAH Warehouse Management (WM) area and in the Manufacturing (PP) area supporting the (Global) Business Process in our ERP system
Organizational context
Reports to Director - Animal Health IT Manufacturing and Supply Contacts
Cooperates with Global SCM and local Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) on the business side as well as Enterprise Process Management (EPM) colleagues and support team members.
Responsibilities
Safeguards and drives the adoption of the Global SAP TemplateReviews and approves changes before they are executedBuild strong relationship with Local Business Process Owners (LBPO’s) and Key Users / SME’sDelivers input to the Global Business Process Owners (GBPO) and Team Manager for Projects and changesManages medium complex projectsParticipate in workshops, support design, realization testing, training and go-liveSupport second line support teamConnect with EPM colleagues to understand end-to-end processes and aim for improvements or impact of existing change requestsJob requirements SAP Consultant
Experience / knowledge
Broad general IT knowledge and experienceIn depth knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) solutions in an Manufacturing Environment and SAP Manufacturing (PP/MM)Five years or more hands on experience with SAP customizing in WM, PP and MM and preferably other Manufacturing Modules and management of medium complex projects.Demonstrated track record as an ERP Specialist in a batch managed industry. Pharmaceutical or Life Science is preferred.Knowledge and experience in computer system validation is preferred.Knowledge of methods and techniques for the adjustments and implementation standard software.Education
Higher educational or academic levelSAP R/3 relevant modules at customizing levelProject management certification (eg PMI) and Lean Six Sigma green belt certification is preferredSkills
