**How you will contribute**
**You will:**
**Project Management**
+ Lead end-to-end project management for Cakes & Pastries product changes, including new product introductions, recipe modifications, and packaging updates.
+ Develop and execute project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
+ Proactively identify risks and drive conversations related to mitigation strategies.
+ Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools.
+ Lead resource planning and utilization.
+ Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live.
**Cross-Functional Leadership**
+ Collaborate with cross-functional (e.g. R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing, Procurement, and Quality) teams to drive successful project execution.
+ Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
+ Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings.

+ Identify opportunities for I2M process and governance improvement.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.
+ Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines.
+ Strong focus on cost, schedule, and quality of project delivery.
+ Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions.
+ Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making.
+ Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners.
+ Strong conceptual and analytic skills.
+ Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Education / Certifications:
+ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
+ PMP certification preferred.
Experience:
+ 5+ years in project management within CPG industry
+ Experience with Innovation-to-Market E2E process.
+ Experience with Stage-Gate methodologies is a plus.
Tools & Systems:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
+ Experience with Accolade is advantageous.
This role is based on East Hanover, NJ, with a hybrid work arrangement (50% in-office)
Flexibility to travel occasionally (less than 10%) for manufacturing site visits.
**Salary:**
The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $141,900; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
