You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live.

How you will contribute

You will:

Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and toolsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when neededProvide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetingsLead budget management, resource planning and utilizationConfirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go liveOwn the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project deliveryManage a team of PCMs and manage a portfolio of product projects (Innovation, Margin Improvement, and Core Maintenance), delivering projects to market on time, on budget and in scope.  Lead cross-functional project teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle process

Pay rate for this role is between$103,200 and $154,800

Proven experience in project management methodologyManage a team of PCMs and manage a portfolio of product projects (Innovation, Margin Improvement, and Core Maintenance), delivering projects to market on time, on budget and in scope.  Lead cross-functional project teams through the end-to-end product lifecycle processExcellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee membersExcellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelinesStrong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project deliveryKnowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutionsStakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision makingProven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partnersStrong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solving

What you need to know about this position:

-facilitate a lot of meetings and working with a wide variety of stakeholders

-CPG background is a must for PM experience

What extra ingredients you will bring:

-PMP Certification would be a plus

-Need to support bars and confectionary products.

Education / Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree is required. MBA would be a plus

This is a hybrid position with on-site work located

Travel requirements:

Work schedule:

Business Hours supporting East Coast or West Coast

Salary

The salary range for this position is between $103,200 and $141,900
