Product Coach Lead - Enterprise Change Office

As a Product Coach Lead for our Enterprise Change Office (ECO), I will help guide teams and organizations across Capital Group to increase the value they deliver to their customers and improve business results through the design and adoption of a comprehensive product operating model framework, collective product mindset, and empowered product teams.  I will be accountable for qualifying engagement opportunities, influencing organizational leaders and product teams, designing bespoke engagements, and guiding the adoption of these new ways of working.  I will gain the confidence of my clients by applying my real-word experiences as a product manager to develop solutions that work for Capital Group.  I will also participate in building connections across the various product organizations at Capital Group so that the firm can better leverage lessons learned and develop approaches best suited for the organization.

I have a bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field  

I have at least 10 years of experience working in a product-team environment, including a minimum of 3 years as a product coach or a comparable role 

I have a proven success stories of helping product leaders and senior leaders newly adopt and mature a product operating model driven by empowered product teams 

I can demonstrate how I have built relationships with senior leaders to influence and inspire change 

I am a skilled servant leader who can adapt my coaching approach to best meet each engagement’s needs 

I have exceptional communication and facilitation skills 

I am skilled at influencing change and resolving conflict at the senior stakeholder, leadership, and team level 

I am perceived as a leader who explorers and embraces diverse perspectives and dissenting viewpoints 

 

Having experience working in a product office or product organization in financial services or technology sector is highly preferred.

Having worked in a variety of environments from start-up to large corporate environment is highly preferred

Possessing a background in consulting  is highly preferred.

Possessing background in Agile development, process optimization and project management is highly preferred

Possessing experience designing and implementing training is highly preferred.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $173,211-$277,138

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
