Work you’ll do
Translate clients’ business needs into coherent product messaging.Create materials for briefings to senior government leadership, coordinate user acceptance testing, and creating news and knowledge articles.Create a deeper understanding of the Product Artifacts that Product Managers can employ at different phases of product delivery.Lead and implement communication tasks such as conducting targeted information campaigns.Meet with key stakeholders daily to relay progress, propose creative solutions to communications practices, and establish priorities.Make sure content is consistent, conversational, clear, helpful, and empathetic.Develop communications strategies and plans for content development.The team

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field4+ years of experience supporting the Software/Digital Product Development LifecycleExperience briefing key stakeholders and interfacing with clientsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbility to be onsite 100% of the time in Chantilly, VAActive TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance required for this roleAbility to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve (travel not expected for this particular role)Preferred:
