Product Configuration Analyst
The Product Configuration Analyst is responsible for the implementation of system configuration and ongoing support to ensure successful delivery of technology enabled solutions to our clients. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Configure systems for client use based on documented client requirements using programming logic and techniques * Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for system configuration that will result in optimum user experience and maximized product value * Assist the client management team with investigation and resolution of technical system issues * Recreate, analyze, and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner through root cause analysis * Complete internal quality assurance and user acceptance testing for work product * Identify improvement opportunities and work cross-functionally to drive process enhancements in order to deliver best in class service to clients * Promote performance excellence by demonstrating integrity, dedication, fairness, and accountability * Contribute to the achievement of Convey goals and objectives by performing other duties and special projects as assigned KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: * Demonstrated understanding of programming and software system logic and functionality * Experience with Agile methods of software development * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, including senior leaders and C-suite executives * Excellent documentation skills and a strong attention to detail * Superior organization and time management skills * Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability apply critical thinking to define problems, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced environment with potential interruptions * Ability to manage small, medium, and large-scale projects while adhering to strict deadlines * Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio * Team player who contributes to success of the department and company EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: * Bachelor's Degree or related qualification * Project management certification or three (3) or more years of experience in a comparable or complementary position leading projects * Experience in the Medicare Managed Care environment preferred, but not required Convey Health Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
