Job Description

The Product Configuration Specialist is responsible for facilitating a positive experience for clients by ensuring accounts are properly set up and continue to work as expected throughout their lifecycle through the consumerism division. This person will be responsible for the QA & QC various processes in support of client operations process stability.  

This person will work alongside the other members of the Product Configuration team to ensure optimal client configuration is established and maintained throughout the lifecycle, as well as proactively monitoring the stability of process that support the client success.   

The role requires the ability to prioritize different work streams, queue management, quality control, process improvement, API configuration setup, and data handling experience. The ideal candidate would be driven by a strong passion to help and collaborate beyond the team’s boundaries going the extra mile to solve problems. 

Duties & Responsibilities:   

Setting up API Configuration, data transfer between systems and endpoint Collaborate with other teams to provide configuration support and implementation of new accounts Act as the central point of contact for status, requirements change control, and issue resolution for assigned projects  Engage actively with teams to ensure migration activities are being completed on time and system implementations maintain quality and accuracy of information Monitor and audit client account listings and profiles for accuracy by ensuring accounts are properly set up and continue to work as expected  Account Configuration: Provisioning, and activating features for new accounts Account maintenance by conducting configuration consistency checks, updating configuration, and or deactivation of users or account features   Consumerism Product User Account Creation   Task QA: conducting ongoing QA to ensure process stability of the Research & Production team  Data Standardization: formatting and cleaning of client data to facilitate implementation and initial bulk upload   Assisting the implementation team by coordinating and controlling the quality of backend configuration tasks performed across the operations team Perform GMB configuration audits Actively participate in POD meetings and collaborate with the Client Facing team to improve product and processes  Ensuring process documentations are up to date Ad-Hoc projects determined by management

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:    

Cross-departmental coordination   Cross-cultural communication    Demonstrated success in handling multiple priorities    Excel proficiency  Salesforce reporting experience Detailed Oriented QA/QC Experience Google Listings (GMB) management experience  

Good to have:  

Basic SQL experience  Client implementation experience

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $60,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus or commission tied to achieved results.
