You’ll work in an agile environment with an international development team, creating online help, videos, and other supports for an end-user audience. You will work directly with subject matter experts to drive the development of customer-facing content including user guides, training materials, and other technical documentation. You will also help improve processes for content development and delivery, and work to ensure consistency and standardization across all materials. The ideal candidate is an independent and curious self-starter with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality technical content, drive complex documentation projects, collaborate with technologists, and quickly grasp new technical concepts with enthusiasm. Assumes responsibility, with minimal supervision, for all aspects of documentation projects, including planning, researching, scheduling, and writing both online help and print documentation. Produces documentation that is thorough, accurate, and clearly written. Work Location:Philippines, Makati City Qualifications: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, or Journalism, or a related area of study. A minimum of 2-3 years in a technical writing role, producing end-user content for complex application software. Knowledge & Skills + Excellent writing skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts and processes to a non-technical audience. + Experience working directly with engineers and other technical subject matter experts + Advanced knowledge of English grammar and composition, as well as facility with technical writing best practices. + Excellent writing samples demonstrating ability to write conceptual and procedural material. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
