Responsibilities: + Complete Operator training programs + Rotate through various jobs as needed + Work in Dark and Light room conditions + Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standards Required Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent) – Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required. Years of Experience: Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required Required Skills: + Good communication skills, both written and verbal + Detail Oriented Team Player + Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests. + Maintain a clean work area and always operate in a safe manner. + Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak. + Good Manual Dexterity + Willing to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs. + Desire to continually improve oneself.
