Product Cost Controller

The role.
Innomotics is looking for a PLM Product Cost Controller. Responsibilities include the costing for new products within the PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) organization. You will prepare EVA’s (Earned Value Add) calculations on new product improvements and partner with Go / No-Go decisions. You will support cost reduction efforts within the product on a global scale while partnering with the Global Research & Development team as the commercial business partner. 

This position is based in New Kensington, PA and will work a hybrid schedule.

Earned Value Add Calculation’s (EVA) Commercial/Financial support of new products and improvements Finance lead for global cost reduction efforts Value flow of costing and Bill of Material analysis within the factories Variance analysis of actual product costs vs. original EVA’s Ad hoc requests and analysis Troubleshoot and resolves semi-complex problems Utilize SAP to automate and advance processes Support NCC reporting process improvements

Your profile.

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related technical field or business studiesExperience in Finance and Product Cost Controlling related roles 5+ years of professional experience Strong analytical skills Strong understanding of product costing and fixed / variable costs Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to lead cross-functional projects with effective implementation Digital literacy required including SAP (or MRP system) and analytical tools (Excel) Digitalization experience (PowerBI) Experience in a Manufacturing environment is a plus Where permitted by applicable law, Siemens may require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 based on job requirements, and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons.

The pay range for this position is $63,700 - $109,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
