As a Product Delivery Associate in Identity Governance and Administration, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. Job responsibilities

Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficienciesContributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsDocuments blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availabilityCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelinesManages continuously shifting business priorities and resolve conflict with commitmentsProvides content for product roadmaps, ensures timely delivery, and provides business reasons for any changes/revisions made to roadmapsWorks closely with business and development teams to review enhancement requests for commercial value and convey the product vision to the teamCultivates trust through personal and team relationships with a range of product owners, engineers, and customers

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain areaExposure to operational management and change readiness workstreamsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressureClear communication and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex issues conciselyExcellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, be versatile and action-orientedExperience executing operational management and change readiness activities
