As a Product Delivery Associate in Commercial & Investment Bank Payments Technology team, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role.
Job responsibilities Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Issue Management and/or Payment industry preferred Strong presentation (oral and written) skills with ability to understand and articulate complex problems and solutions, in a concise and relevant manner to all levels (including senior management) Experience in data analytics or billing reconciliation Demonstrated ability to effectively organize tasks and motivate individuals (internal and external) around initiatives Superior attention to detail, strong personal time management skills Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics Proficient knowledge of payment fees and issue management Ability to communicate effectively SQL knowledge is required, Knowledge of Stratus application preferred, Python is preferred Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies preferred
