About The Team

CoverMyMeds’ Product team is looking for a Product Delivery Manager to own the delivery of a new strategic product in healthcare. Of note, our Product team is a dynamic group of professionals focused on collaboration, efficiency, and impact. Together with our various business units, the work our Product does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.

What You'll Do

As a Product Delivery Manager, your daily to-dos will shift with business needs, but here’s a snapshot of what to expect:

Responsible for execution of the Product’s vision by deeply understanding the problem to be solved, providing direction, creating user stories, and defining requirements alongside of an Agile teamCollaboration with multiple Product Managers, the business, and development teams to manage and prioritize the product backlog with various stakeholders ensuring value, quality and alignmentPartners closely with teams to conduct standard ceremonies such as standup meetings, backlog refinement sessions, and retrospective meetings, ensuring objectives and key results are routinely being metLeverages expertise to influence cross- functional teams in the definition and launch of product/services functionality applying new theories and methodsMonitors internal processes for efficiency and validity pre and post product launch/enhancements to ensure requirements are met and value is delivered

Skills You’ll Need

Bachelor's degree in business or STEM field preferred, or equivalent experience and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Documentation and project management platforms (e.g., Confluence, Jira)Software Development Lifecycle (e.g., Agile, waterfall, etc.)Project ManagementStrong CommunicationMicrosoft Office applications

Proficient in running Agile processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization, and retrospectivesPlanning & Execution: Proven track record for translating strategic goals into actionable, time-bound roadmapsExcellent data driven decision makingAbility to rapidly identify and mitigates cross functional dependencies to avoid delaysAdaptability to adjusts plans as needed to meet evolving business priorities and market demands

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$121,900 - $203,100
