Product Design Analyst
Responsibilities Meritage Homes is looking for a Product Design Analyst to oversee Plan Development for our Florida markets. As a member of the Corporate Product Design Team, the Analyst will work closely with our Florida Divisions to assist Vice Presidents of Land Acquisition, Purchasing and Regional Vice Presidents of Operations, as well as City & County officials to manage Architectural and Engineering projects. Work with Architectural and Engineering Consultants to oversee the development of new plans and community development guidelines. Maintain the Meritage Florida Regional Plan Library. Work with Consultants, Developers, Municipalities, City and County Officials to discuss new community developments. Meet with Consultants, Developers and/or Municipalities to devise cost-effective solutions to satisfy wide-ranging plan and development requirements. Communicate regularly with internal and external team members to effectively manage multiple projects throughout the state. Regular community / site visits will be required in all Florida markets. Process all architectural and engineering contracts and invoices for all Florida markets. Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of project management and/or contract administration experience required High school degree required, bachelors degree preferred Microsoft Office experience required High attention to detail required Architectural experience is strongly preferred AutoCAD experience is preferred Experience with plan development and municipal plan approval is preferred Homebuilding, construction, real estate experience is preferred Enjoys working across multiple departments and locations Frequent travel required within the State of Florida (approximately 50%) #LI-AJ3 Overview Are you looking for an incredible career opportunity?
