Summary: Seeking a Product Design Engineer with expertise in 3D CAD modeling, product development, and tolerance analysis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
2 years of experience with 3D CAD modeling
1 year of experience in product development, including prototyping and testing
Experience with dimensional engineering and tolerance analysis
Preferred Skills:
5 years of experience in R&D and product development environment
Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems involving product and process
Experience with test method creation and improvement
Experience with characterization, process monitoring, specifications, failure analysis, and data analysis
Ability to code in Python, Java, or similar language
Knowledge of manufacturing, lean, and process improvement methodology
Knowledge of the building industry
Hands-on practical experience building something
Job Responsibilities:
Develop new products using 3D CAD modeling software
Conduct prototyping and testing for new products
Perform dimensional engineering and tolerance analysis
Collaborate with team members to present findings
Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
