Product Design Engineering Manager, Reliability (Nashville, TN)
**Nashville, TN - Full Relocation Package Offered** _Hybrid (2 days/wk remote)_ Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client in the appliance/consumer goods industry to recruit and hire a Full Time **Product Reliability Manager** in Nashville, TN. **Responsibilities:** + Serve as a subject matter expert for product reliability and quality. + Lead and manage product reliability initiatives. + Develop and implement reliability testing strategies. + Analyze field and warranty data to identify and address reliability issues. + Conduct FMEA, root cause analysis, and reliability testing (e.g., accelerated life testing). + Manage project plans, resources, and budgets for successful product launches. + Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing teams. + Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to 2-5 direct reports. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering field. + 8+ years in reliability engineering, with leadership experience. + Experience leading FMEA and reliability testing is required + Experience interpreting and applying results from simulations and tests. + Appliance Manufacturing background is strongly preferred + Reliability engineering certification (e.g., CRE) is a plus. **Our client offers:** + Annual base salary in the $125,000-135,000 range + bonus + Annual bonuses + Robust benefits package which includes health and wellness plans, 401k with match, tuition assistance and more! + Hybrid Flexibility (2 days remote per week) + Full Relocation Package **Pay Details:** $125,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled To read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.adecco.com/en-us/candidate-privacy The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable: + The California Fair Chance Act + Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance + Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers + San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
