INTERNSHIP FORMAT
In-Person: The format for this internship will be in-person, where the intern will be required to work on-site at our Headquarters and Technology Center in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Some interns may be eligible for housing assistance per company policy.
INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
When: The internship program will run from May 19 - August 8, 2025. Where: All internships are in the United States. Even remote work assignments must be completed within the United States. Transportation: Interns are responsible for getting to and from work daily. Stellantis does not provide transportation to interns.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a User Experience Design Intern at Stellantis, you should understand trends, consumer research and brand identity. The intern will create effective and engaging experiences and design solutions, as well as communicate and sell their design solutions to senior management and colleagues. The selected candidate will assist with design projects and creative initiatives and provide interactive user interface expertise and support from concept to production projects. This role will create graphical assets using standard 2D and 3D designer tools, as well as research and utilize emerging technologies. The intern will interface with Design Office management and employees and will participate in a variety of relevant activities and assignments. The intern will also gain practical experience working with engineers and developers, while collaborating on diverse programs and projects. Mentorship is provided by on-site designers who will oversee the intern's daily activities.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Computer Interaction, Product Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, Game Design, Film, or related field. Able to work 40 hours per week during the internshipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of sophomore year or higher at an accredited university by the Summer of 2025 Candidates must submit a current portfolio, saved as a PDF, representing work from freshman year to the present (specifically highlighting automotive design if applicable) Exceptional design intuition, with strong presentation and design communication skills Working knowledge of Alias, Microsoft Office, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint and/or similar programs Ability to work both individually and as a team member in a creative and diverse environment Strong written and oral communication skills Strong interest in the automotive industry and new technologies Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a team environment Must exhibit strong leadership characteristics Creative and innovative thinking Ability to travel within the NAFTA region (potential)Portfolio Requirements:
