We believe design can make healthcare a more human experience. As a Product Designer, you'll help us move the healthcare ecosystem forward for patients and providers through accessible, inclusive, and thoughtful design. You’ll be responsible for contributing to design and research projects from ideation to implementation.
This is a remote role open to candidates in the US and will report to the Senior Director of Product Design.
You’re excited about this position because you will:
Work tactically with product managers and engineers to refine requirements, implement design solutions, and ensure execution of product initiatives
Translate information into clear, user-centered designs using tools such as journey maps, storyboards, information architecture, user flows, and wireframes
Focus on feature-level execution across desktop, web, and native applications
Contribute to a design system to unify our experiences
Conduct tactical user research tasks such as usability testing
Proactively identify both small and large usability issues within their product
Educate stakeholders about our design process to improve our ways of working
We’re excited about you because you have:
5-8+ years of product design experience at product-led organizations
Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Service Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields
Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience
Deep curiosity and interest about healthcare
Familiarity with and experience working within Agile development methodology
Fluency in design tools such as Figma
Proficiency in Google Suite
You’ll stand out if you have:
Previous work history in healthcare, health and wellness, or health-tech products
Familiarity with Americans with Disabilities Act Standards for Accessible Design and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, Javascript, and CSS
Experience maintaining a design system
