Main responsibilities:

To understand front line and supply requirements and build them as functions in a sales tool.Understand, analyse and support the prioritization of business requirements.Participate in solution continuous improvement effortsFormulate business and process requirements into functional specificationsInfluence the functional design of all related and interconnected solutions within other functional areas to ensure solid cross-functional designAct as spearhead in the quarterly planning of development activities following the provided planning guidelinesSupport and facilitate the key user community

Requirements for the role:

Minimum of Bachelor degree in IT / Business Administration / EngineeringMinimum of in-job experience of 8-10 years in translating business requirements into functional designProven track-record in designing and participating in development of business & supply chain function.Good understanding for KONE Tendering and Ordering process.Good exposure to KONE Elevators and escalator products & their release process.Proficiency towards UI/UX areas.Strong experience in working with multicultural virtual and remote teams, especially with IT expertsStrong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skillsExperience in working in an international environment with ability to perform in virtual organizationsDesign thinking experience as well asl previous experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) are seen as advantageousAbility and willingness to embrace and promote cultural diversity and inclusion respectfully across own team and organization
