As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to the design of our mobile app, ecommerce website and employee-facing digital products. You will support cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, merchandising and customer experience to drive the development of innovative solutions that delight our customers and drive business results.

Responsibilities

Apply human-centric design principles to address visual and usability challenges in retail digital experiences.Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements and technical constraints into effective design solutions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback collection to inform design decisions and iterate towards continuous improvement.Produce high-quality visual designs and interactive prototypes tailored for retail digital platforms.Support the end-to-end design process, ensuring a smooth transition from concept to implementation for an intuitive user experience.Independently manage projects to successful completion.Collaborate with other Designers to establish and maintain a multi-product design system.Utilize guidelines defined in the Design System to promote consistency, efficiency and brand standards across all digital touchpoints.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in mobile, web design and/or UX Design. Less experience can be supplemented by a strong foundational education.College degree in Design, HCI or related field preferred.Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design best practices.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.Retail experience a plusBased in Dallas/Ft.Worth area required (hybrid schedule)Must be at least 18 years of age
