Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Product Designer to do end to end UX/UI design for a portfolio of work that supports a customer facing application. Candidates need to be local to Basking Ridge, NJ or NYC, to work in a hybrid model. Candidates will be joining a Home Application team that supports different portfolios within the customer facing application. The three areas of focus will be end to end product design for application and product features, innovation and AI work, and Figma work with a emphasis on building patterns and designing new components for the design system. This is a consumer facing application, so candidates should understand the user and have experience designing applications that connect with a physical product consumers use. On a day to day basis, candidates will spend about 50% of their time designing, 25% of their time creating decks and working with stakeholders, and another 25% of their time concepting and innovating for future features. In this role candidates will work with a Principal Designer and be aligned to a track of work to help own the end to end design process. Skills and Requirements 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer in enterprise environments Hands on with end to end UX design for consumer products, platforms or services Strong documentation with full UX design process; user research, usability testing, flow charts, journey mapping, prototypes, wireframing, mockups, sketches, product briefings, product launch Hands on with Figma - ability to create components and build patterns Advanced with design thinking, working in a design system, and design problem solving Experience with Native mobile application design -IOS/Android/Web UI Systems Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, present phases of design life cycle and design ideas/solutions Knowledge of information architecture, taxonomy and page layout Portfolio that shows recent design work and full design process Ability to connect data insights to their design work IoT products AI/Innovation design Designing for a design system null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
