Responsibilities and Impact: Innovate and Inspire: Conceive and craft experience-oriented design solutions that captivate users and drive strategic business success. Collaborative Creativity: Partner with product managers and development teams to shape the style and approach of projects, ensuring a cohesive design vision. Design Mastery: Provide a diverse array of design elements, comps, templates, and polished solutions that elevate user experiences. User-Centric Testing: Lead engaging usability testing and heuristic reviews, transforming user feedback into actionable insights to refine designs. Visionary Articulation: Define and articulate the look and feel of solutions through compelling comps and prototypes, aligning with product leads and the corporate brand team. Technical Synergy: Champion technical feasibility by collaborating with development partners, ensuring innovative designs are both beautiful and achievable. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in interactive design or visual arts (graphic design) with 6+ years of experience in a creative role, proficient in Figma. Design Expertise: Strong working knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, brand development, and digital marketing. Technical Proficiency: Understanding of front-end interactive design solutions for back-end data systems, along with knowledge of platform and browser capabilities and constraints. Creative Leadership: A robust portfolio showcasing diverse design styles, coupled with a passion for innovation and the ability to provide clear creative direction and constructive feedback.
