Your Impact
The Product Designer provides input into overall design decisions and completes the tactical design work associated with their assigned product portfolio. This includes responsibility for delivering user journeys, conversation design diagrams, prototypes, and presentations. The Product Designer works with a team of designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver assigned design projects promptly and efficiently.
What you will do
Architects and designs high-quality experiences: Focuses on creating engaging experiences for customers and associates using IVA/IVR technologies.
Leads design projects: Manages multiple aspects of design projects within a platform or suite of products, assessing user needs through discovery.
Utilizes best practices: Builds user journeys, conversation design diagrams, and low-fidelity prototypes to ensure optimal product experiences.
Solves design problems: Addresses challenging design issues at the product level, leveraging architecture, NLP design, and conversation design skills.
Delivers quality assets: Provides timely deliverables such as presentations and production work, manages creative assets, and contributes to the Lowe's Design System for consistency.
Required Qualifications:
3 years of experience in user experience design
Bachelor's degree in interaction design, graphic design, industrial design, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
