We are looking for a motivated Product Developer (m/f/d) as maternity cover for our Outerwear Product Division who likes to make a difference and drive things forward. What you can expect:

\n\tEnsuring the product development process from the creative idea to production release\n\tNegotiation of sample or production prices and resulting preparation of bid comparisons and benchmarks as well as control of the target costing process\n\tEnsuring target accurate product development\n\tOptimization of processing procedures and product costs\n\tImplementation of innovative processing techniques and sourcing of new qualities\n\tFurther development and consulting of suppliers as well as internal interfaces in the R&D area\n\tAssurance and support of prototypes and salesmen samples in terms of quality, processing and fit\n\tCreation and maintenance of working documents, records and databases\n\tGlobal travel to suppliers and visits to trade fairs\n\tParticipation in projects\n

 

Your profile:

\n\tA successfully completed apparel engineer and/or technician apprenticeship\n\tIdeally at least 3 years of professional experience in product development, product management or technical work preparation in an international environment\n\tVery good commercial knowledge and strong negotiating skills\n\tSound knowledge of processing procedures, product costing, materials and fits\n\tDigital understanding in 3D product development, performing virtual fittings and working via 3D collaboration platforms, preferably with CLO3D\n\tVery good English skills, both written and spoken\n\tGood MS Office skills as well as SAP/PDM, Adobe Illustrator skills desirable\n\tOpen, competent and confident appearance, as well as assertiveness and ability to work under pressure\n\n\n
