**Product Development Engineer** Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Product Development Engineer** for one of our top clients in Raynham, MA. Key Responsibilities + As a New Product Development Engineer opportunities exist to work on product solutions to support Arthroscopic Visualization. + This includes electro-mechanical systems and their respective components Arthroscopes, cameras, tubing, powered blades and burrs, powered hand pieces, etc. + This leadership role will work closely with other functional team members to develop and grow the access instruments to support arthroscopy. + You will be provided training curriculum including on the job, virtual, and in classroom. + The incumbent will support technical projects driving product development and value creation initiatives that drive continued success of the portfolio. + You will also need to work with outside consultants and suppliers to support the portions of the development and manufacturing. + The position offers an outstanding opportunity to lead the product development process and influence the end-to-end development. + There is strong emphasis on providing the right candidate with the resources and tools to excel within orthopedic device development. + Perform project management activities: preparing and analyzing project timelines, budgets, leading multi-functional team, and partner communication. + Understanding project risks and putting in mitigations, where applicable + Demonstrate your leadership, technical and intellectual skills to take on sophisticated issues and projects + Provide data analysis and recommendations from testing and development Be responsible for creation of required engineering, specifications, and documentation collaborate with both internal, as well as external, manufacturers + Design mechanisms and sub-assemblies of various machine and tooling systems + This position is located in Raynham, MA with limited access to public transportation. Qualifications Required: + A minimum of bachelor s degree in engineering + A minimum 2 years of meaningful work experience + Knowledge of Good Documentation and Manufacturing Practices + Proficiency in CAD software, particularly with Creo + Windchill + Shown communication skills oral and written, can call out issues in a timely manner + Preferred: Master s in business, or Engineering of any specialty + Experience in medical device development + Proven understanding of statistics and ability to perform statistical analysis + Experience working in a regulated environment **Important information:** This position is recruited by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
