Your mission: Design and modify product specifications aligned with market demand and customer input. Lead trial productions, both in-house and on customer sites. Enhance manufacturing technologies through data-driven analysis of production records. Collaborate with quality teams to ensure laboratory tests meet product development standards and resolve non-conformities. Identify the right tools and equipment to support new manufacturing processes. Provide technical support during the introduction of new technologies, including lab measurements and customer documentation. Stay updated on manufacturing capabilities, raw material trends, and emerging technologies. Assist in investigating customer complaints from a technical perspective and provide effective solutions. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (mechanical skills are a plus). Proficient in Hungarian,English, both written and spoken. A creative, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative. Project management experience with a flexible and precise approach to tasks.
