What you will do:
Technical development of HVAC equipment using engineering fundamentals such as heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and mechanical analysis. Partner with the engineering team to learn and contribute to the design of the following subsystems: vapor compression refrigeration systems fans, motors, mechanical drives, and variable speed technologies pumps and fluid flow control devices heat exchanger design and selection cabinetry/structural systems: FEA, shipping and vibration, accelerated life testing, seismic and wind loading unit controls design and validation: sequence of operation, control algorithms, and associated control devices Laboratory testing and validation of HVAC systems. Collaborate on cross-functional teams to test our equipment in our state-of-the-art laboratories. Gain hands-on exposure to the operation and function of commercial chillers Provide technical leadership to bring design concepts to production solutions Partner with CAD designers to execute product designs Collaborate with advanced simulation teams to perform FEA and CFD analysis of design concepts Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain teams to transform engineering designs into production equipmentWhat’s in it for you:
