Your role:
Located within the Beyond Road / Agricultural development teams based in Magog, the main mission of the selected candidates will be to develop competitive and high-performance finished products for agricultural applications as well as to ensure the continuous improvement of products already on the market.
We need you for:
-Improve design practices in the field of Agricultural tracks and wheels.
-Advance design practices by leading a technical field by taking on a role as a center of expertise according to opportunities within the team.
What do you need to possess for being successful?
You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or applied sciences.You are a member of the “Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec” or in the process of becoming one.You have 5 to 10 years of experience in the development or design of finished products, ideally in relation to OE (Original Equipment) customers.You are at ease with 3D design software (Creo), an asset.You are comfortable in a bilingual environment (French and English) to be able to communicate orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.You are autonomous, naturally curious and interested in learning new things.You are willing to travel outside the country, if necessary, approx. 10% of the time (mainly in the USA).You are organized and able to manage multiple requests simultaneously.You communicate effectively with peers, management and customers.You enjoy teaching, you have the potential to take charge of a technical area and guide team members by advancing knowledge and know-how.Our Candidate and New Hire Experience Promise:
