+ **In** **this role** **,** **you will:**
+ learn how to plan projects, assist in the conduct and implementation of projects, develop functional expertise, and learn to be responsible for the management of one of the technologies of the pilot chocolate production plant.
+ be part of the team responsible for the development and implementation of new chocolate tablets in the MEU region.
+ to take an active part in the development of new products by consumer-oriented design and P3DE principles, including the development of prototypes at the pilot plant
+ create digitalization, monitoring, and management tools to help optimize the project management process.
+ learn the processes of developing and approving all technical documentation for products (HACCP document, specification, passing report, FPA - first production approval, shelf life tests, etc.)
+ work closely in a team that interacts with marketing, operations, consumer science, consumer research, product change management, procurement, quality, external production, and suppliers. **Requirements:**
+ Master's degree in chemical engineering, food technology, or food engineering
+ Work experience (or internship) in the food and confectionery industry is an advantage.
+ General knowledge of food production technologies, ingredients, and technical curiosity, ability to quickly learn to work with pilot plant equipment.
+ Enthusiasm, independence, openness, and willingness to learn on the job.
+ Positive attitude, out-of-the-box thinking, creativity, and willingness to accept challenges.
+ Ability to work independently, under conditions of limited time, resources, and data for daily tasks.
+ Experience in product development will be an advantage.
+ Fluency in English. Knowledge of other European languages is an advantage
