Roles and Responsibilities

Clinical lead for new & existing NPI program on both the CT scanner and Advantage Workstation that may include Oncology applications, Neurology applications, Cardiac Applications and Vascular applicationsSupport marketing in translating clinical needs into product features and mapping features to clinical benefitsTest and validate product to maintain high quality products before they are releasedDevelop clinical agreements, work goals and feedback mechanisms for usability based clinical evaluationWork with upstream marketing to select high quality sites for clinical evaluationProvide support and training to clinical sites and acquire feedback from the site to improve the productManage clinical sites even after product launch for continued customer feedback and relationshipsDevelop training material for Field Application Specialist, Clinical Sales Specialists and Sales Specialist. Participate/lead in the training of the specialist.Provide support to downstream marketing for sales tools, collaterals, produce images for shows and presentations, and provide support at product shows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or related fieldAt least 2 years’ experience CT scanners and their use in a clinical environmentDemonstrated experience in collaboration with clinical partners in Digital solutions

Bachelor’s Degree in an Imaging Physics related fieldHands on experience with CT clinical applicationsStrong quality orientation; Six Sigma Green Belt certifiedExperience in CT Imaging TechnologiesStrong customer focus and adaptability to changing demands and requirementsExperience with user centered design concepts and their integration into productAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams, and accountability for deliverables/actionsStrong written and verbal communications skills demonstrated in the form of grants, publications and/or progress reportsDemonstrated knowledge of human anatomy and physiologyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers in the healthcare industry and engineering and marketing organizationsAbility to understand and speak technical language specific to CT technology and imaging technology
